Simply a photograph of a Masonic decoration on a Christmas tree.

Why Seasons Greetings and not Merry Christmas? When first creating what would become known as the Christmas Circular, the term Christmas was not used on the circular because we had Jewish members in the Lodge, although in reality, they would not have been offended.

The circular featured the Poinsettia, commonly used for decorative purposes at Christmas.

The man who gave the plant the name by which we commonly know was Joel Roberts Poinsett, US physician, diplomat and botanis.

Inspired by the John Luke mural.

This section was not a photograph of the mural cropped to fit the circular as some brethren asummed, but a  redrawing on the same theme of a small section.

The sky was from a photograh, the temple wals created using Ray Tracing and the whole composition was merged and finnished in Photoshop.
